Beautifully presented newly renovated apartments. Located a little away from the centre of the city, which suited us. There is obviously still rooms being finished so there was signs of building materials around the place and the mattress outside on the front of the building was a bit off-putting. The only thing that did disappoint was that there were no mugs or cups and saucers so we did have to go out and buy some to use. When I mentioned this at check out I was told that I should have asked and they would have given me a paper cup. Apparently the new cups for the apartments haven’t arrived yet and there were two camping style plastic cups provided- there were 3 of us. Also, there were people sitting on the wall outside the lounge window drinking cans of beer so we had to close the blinds. Bit odd.

The staff were so helpful, nothing was a bother! Every request was handled promptly, and all staff were friendly and pleasant! The receptionist who checked us in, went above and beyond, to give us some recommendations of where to go, places of interest and places to eat and drink, many which we used, which made our stay in Dublin a one to remember! The room was clean and bright and well equipped, which was perfect for our needs, for 4 friends staying together! Only had one issue of a non flushing toilet, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and the maintenance staff were also very friendly and polite! Perfect accommodation and would highly recommend! Thank you!

Friendly staff on reception. Great apartment. Don't let some of the rough-around-the-edges bits on the way to your room/apartment put you off. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Only stayed one night but would make a great base for a few days as we had a full kitchen too plus washing machine/hairdryer and iron/ironing board. We did have to turn the isolation switch off for the air con/filter system at night as it was quite noisy but if you do that, we had a great nights sleep. Location perfect as it was in between the Templar area and the Guinness Storehouse. Both walking distance - approx 10 mins each way. Would stay again if back in Dublin.

The 2 bedroom unit we got was spacious with its living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony. The unit was clean and cozy and most importantly had washer + dryer and ironing equipments, which was great for us to do laundry. We arrived really early, our flight landed at 630am and we were really really grateful that the staff allowed us to have an early check-in to our unit as we were all jet-lagged. This property is close to supermarkets (Lidl, Spar, Tesco) and some cafes on Thomas Street, which is less than 10mins walk. Also, this place is only about 10-15mins walk to the city center / famous Temple Bar area.

We originally picked this hotel as we arrived 5 days earlier and had one night booked. They stored our extra luggage for us while we went on a tour and returned for the rest of our trip. The staff was great and helpful! The rooms are great for a family and very clean. Everything is within walking distance and the Hop On Hop off tour is close enough to walk and take. When we returned there was a problem in the building and although our rooms were unavailable, they were able to find us rooms at a hotel near by.
